                                                                Meeting Minutes

1.     Approval  of the September 2016  Board  meeting.

 

2.     In Absence of Mr. Shafiqur Rahman , collection information was presented in the meeting by Mr. Iftikhar Uddin.

 

3.    Br. Moudoud ur Rahman presented the Financial update including the open House  and carnival expenditures.

 

4.    Upon Br. Moin Asjad's suggestion the board have approved initially 10 % of grave plot amount should be deposited with each application. The policy will be published on the AMDA Web site.

 

5.    AMDA Board have approved the request of Muslim Family Services  to hold the workshop at AMDA premises.

 

6.    Board will discuss the utility bills and other expenditure  in next meeting.

 

7.    Landscaping  and snow plowing  renewal contracts will be kept with the existing company. Br. Moin  Asjad and Br. Iftikhar Uddin will negotiate the prices and three years contract with  the company.

 

8.    Br. Ferdous Ghazi and Br. Iftikhar Uddin  will get the quotes for window blinds.

 

9.    Board approved the MMCC fundrasing  dinner table, Br. Azim  and Br.Moudoud ur Rahman will contact MMCC .
