2022-02 Monthly Report

  • Delivered a khutba on Friday, February 4th on the topic: “Who are the successful ones?”
  • Gave an online presentation on Friday, February 4th on the topic: Hadith # 15 “Islamic Manners” under the series: “Commentary on the Forty Hadith of Imam Al-Nawawi.”
  • Gave an online presentation on Friday, February 11th on the topic: Hadith # 16 “Do not get Angry” under the series: “Commentary on the Forty Hadith of Imam Al-Nawawi.”
  • Gave a presentation on the sirah of the Prophet (pbuh) at the First Presbyterian Church in the city of Warren on Saturday, February 12. The event was organized by Marium Quran Academy whose students also participated in the event.   
  • Delivered a khutba on Friday, February 18th on the topic: “Islamic civilization (Part 1).”
  • Gave an online presentation on Friday, February 18th on the topic: Hadith # 17 “Concept of Ihsan” under the series: “Commentary on the Forty Hadith of Imam Al-Nawawi.”
  • Delivered a khutba on Friday, February 25th on the topic: “Islamic civilization (Part 2).”
  • Gave an online presentation on Friday, February 25th on the topic: Hadith # 18 “Concept of Taqwa” under the series: “Commentary on the Forty Hadith of Imam Al-Nawawi.”
  • Wrote an email to the board suggesting some agenda items for discussion in the board meeting in March, 2022
  • Edited and uploaded transcripts of khutbahs on AMDA’s website.
  • Organized the Khateeb Schedule for February, 2022.
  • Uploaded the monthly report for February, 2022 on AMDA’s website.
  • Delivered every day a short tafsir of few verses of the Qur’an after Salat ul-Fajr.
  • Conducted every Sunday an online weekly session on Tafsir of the Qur’an.
  • Conducted every Monday an online weekly class on recitation of the Qur’an with Tajweed. 
  • Conducted every Tuesday an online weekly class on word to word translation of the Qur’an. 
  • Conducted every Wednesday an online weekly class on word to word translation of the Qur’an. 
  • Conducted every Thursday an online weekly class on learning to read Arabic for the purpose of reading the Qur’an.   
  • Conducted every Saturday a halaqa after Salat ul Fajr.
