September 2021
- Invited Isa Al Haj Hussein, the co-founder / vice president of Muslim Voice for Peace & Reconciliation (www.mvpr.org) to deliver the Friday Khutbah at AMDA on Sept 03.
- Invited Isa Haji Salem, a key person of the Baitulmaal organization (an international non-profit organization) to deliver the Friday Khutbah at AMDA on Sept 10.
- Delivered a khutba on Sept 17 on the topic: “The Pleasures of Paradise.”
- Delivered a khutba on Sept 24 on the topic: “Concept of Positivity in Islam.”
- Invited Shaykh Usama Baqai of ‘Khair Community Center’ in Philadelphia to deliver the 1:30 pm Friday Khutbah at AMDA on October 15.
- Organized a meeting at AMDA on September 23 with several members of the community to discuss with them and get their feedback on a few courses/classes that I intend to teach in near future on a regular basis inshaAllah.
- Conveyed to AMDA Board my intention to give an online presentation of about 25-30 minutes every Friday, with effect from Friday, October 8, on the topic: “Commentary on the Forty Hadith of Imam Al-Nawawi.”
- Delivered on a daily basis, a short tafsir of few verses of the Qur’an after Salat ul-Fajr.
- Edited and uploaded transcripts of khutbahs on AMDA’s website.
- Conducted an online weekly class on Tafsir of the Qur’an.
- Conducted an online weekly class on recitation of the Qur’an with Tajweed.
- Conducted an online weekly class on word to word translation of the Qur’an.
