- Delivered a khutbah on Friday, Feb 1st on the topic: “Divine Destiny (Qadar).”
- Emailed a proposal to the board to approve ‘Wahed Invest,’ an internationally recognized Halal investing platform, to hold their seminar at AMDA on occasion of the Friday Night Family Event on March 1st.
- On occasion of the Friday Night Family Event on Feb 1st, Br Omar Malik (guest speaker) gave a speech on the topic: “Importance of Understanding and Living by the Names of Allah (SWT).”
- Delivered a khatira on Saturday, Feb 2nd on the topic: “What does it mean to be blessed?”
- An animated movie called “Bilal: A New Breed of Hero” was screened, for our kids and youth in the multipurpose room of AMDA Masjid on Wednesday, Feb 6th at 6:15 pm.
- Br Mufti Abdul Wahab (guest khatib) gave a khutba on Friday, Feb 8th at AMDA. He is the head instructor at the Michigan Islamic Institute (MII) in the city of Warren.
- Attended a seminar (for Imams & social workers) on pre-marriage counseling on Saturday, Feb 9th at the Muslim Unity Center, 1830 W Square Lake Rd, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48302.
- Delivered a khutbah on Friday, Feb 15th at IONA in the city of Warren on the topic: “Importance, Virtues, and Etiquettes of Jumu’ah.”
- Emailed to the board on Feb 15th a set of agenda items that could be included in the board’s meeting in March.
- Delivered a khatira on Saturday, Feb 16th on the topic: “How to Cope with Losses?”
- Delivered a khutbah on Friday, Feb 22nd on the topic: “The Religion is Nasihah (Ad-Deen un- Nasihah).”
- Delivered a khatira on Saturday, Feb 23rd on the topic: “Be Absorbed in Today.”
- Conducted the Quranic Arabic Classes every Wednesday and Thursday.
- Delivered a short tafsir of few verses of the Qur’an after Salat ul Fajr every day, and after Salat ul Maghrib every Wednesday and Thursday.
