Agenda:
1. Approval of meeting minutes from October board meeting.
2. AMDA Insurance: Board decided to purchase the insurance from Guardian, we need to get clarification from Farm Bureau about the coverage.
3. AMDA security system: Video surveillance system will be provided by Bailey communication, Br. Ghazi finalized the contract.
4. AMDA Ground Maintenance and Cleaning services: Contract finalized by Br. Moin Asjad
5. Jumma Timing at the end of DST:
6. Karde Hasana repayment and loan update for parking lot: Br. Azim will contact all the participants of the Karde Hasana. They will be communicated about the bank requirement for the personal information to get the payment from the bank.
7. Financial Updates: Br.Moudud Rahman provided the financial update.
8. AGM Topics and Planning: Jami will forward a proposed agenda items for the AGM meeting scheduled for November 7, 2014.
9. Br. Azim is the AMDA board designee to communicate with the Head of the Religious Affairs. The board meeting minutes will be continued to be published in the website.
10. Land line and Internet Service for AMDA Center: Internet service will be purchased through U verse, Wi Fi password will be maintained by the Head of the Religious Affairs
11Renewal of the TOC and update on the steps towards permanent occupancy: Br. Moin will work with Aleem Khan, Waiting for city’s approval for HVAC unit cover in the roof.
12. Open house for community members from other Masjids: Initial plan was to have a open house on Saturday, November 29, 2014. This event will be re-scheduled.
13. Collecting email addresses for new community membership drive. Jami will work with Br. Ferdous
14. AMDA school move to new location: November 9, 2014
