Following Agenda items were discussed and decisions were taken by the board:
- AMDA school responsibilities shift, Br. Azim will continue with the financial responsibilities and as an advisory role. Need few other volunteers to pick the school day activity.
- Opening the facility and check the class rooms for readiness and closure at the end of the school hour. ( Communicated to Brs. Foyezur Chowdhury and Ali Reza, they expressed interest with this task)
- Coordinating the classes and teaching staffs
- Lunch arrangements ( Abid/Khwaja Rahman)
- Chief Coordinator ( Br. Ghazi)
- First Friday of November 7, 2014 Annual General Meeting, Br. Moin will publish in AMDA website
- Adopt a Tree Program was a huge success Alhamdulillah. 48/% of the total cost was sponsored by AMDA well-wishers. A map with sponsor’s name will be published. A email will be forwarded to the members explaining how the process of adopt a tree was handled.
- The hydro seeding will be completed by September 13, the move to new location will be with ten days of the completion of hydro seeding inshallah.
- Discussed Zakat disbursement and approved (up to $7500) for an individual who qualified with AMDA requirements.
- Move planning visit to the new location will next Saturday (September 13,2014). We will meet at the new location @5PM.
- Single Jamat for Eid Ul Adha at 9.30PM. Br. Ekram will arrange Shuttle bus. Br. Ferdous will arrange snacks. Need to have volunteer pull for event management. Br. Ekram will be the event manager.
