The following topics were discussed, decisions were taken.
- Br. Javid went over financial document up to 12/31/12
- Br. Modud gave information about expense checks up to 12/31/12
- Br. Javid to purchase Security cameras and DVR system, 2 sensor lights and Install at AMDA facility. All the present Board Members say YES on this proposal. Someone to donate the monitor.
- To make the youth activity room safer – suggestion was made to buy plugs for electric outlets for both rooms for the safety of young children.
* Sr. Rubab will donate Foosball Table
* Br. Iftekhar will donate $ 100/- to buy Table Tennis and donate Beer Pong
* Br. Moin Asjad will donate Carrom Board - Br. Jami said it will be around end of April or early May for Fundraising Venue other than Masjid
- Br. Habeeb to work on Web site for Fundraising , Make 2 page flyers and trifold flyers.
* Speaker – TBD - Advisor selection – will continue discussion next month
- Not going to install credit Card machine at Masjid for donations because it is very expensive and monthly maintenance cost.
- Budget is approx. budget to run AMDA temporary location was discussed
- Fundraising Committee had meeting last month. See email from Br. Abu Ashraf for full detail.
- Walk-ins – Membership Drive – will discuss next month
