Attendees are: Moin Asjad, Muhammad Azim, Sr. Rubab Huq, Moudud Rahman, Javid Khatri, Mujibus Khan, Abul Hashem Molla, Mahiuddin Ahmed, Habeeb Syed, Abu Ashraf (SC).
Attendance required for quorum: Eight.
Attending number of members: Ten.
The following topics were discussed, proposals made and adopted by the members present.
1. Fundraising Even: Members volunteered for the following areas:
* Food – Br. Azim & Br. Zakirul Haque.
* Kitchen – Br. Hashem
* Paper supply – Br. Rafique
* Front reception – Br. Mahiuddin, Br. Hashem and Young Adults from Sunday School.
* Posters (4) – Br. Habeeb (Perspective, Plan, Site Plan)
* Schedule – Br. Mujib has sent file used in previous event to Br. Rafique
* Agenda on time – Br. Rafique to strictly maintain agenda time and maintain focus on agenda item on “Fundraising”
* Masjid Construction Expense (5mins) – Br. Moin Asjad – Breakdown (Land Purch, Arch, Tax, Maintenance etc)
* Announcement to write “Construction” on check if it is for construction
* Breakdown in “Pledge Form” for Construction & Operation
2. Meeting Notes/Decisions/Mins:
Previous Meeting Notes/Minutes – Meeting notes/decision/minutes from meetings held on 2012 January 7, February 4, February 11, March 3 shall be documented and ratified by upcoming meeting. Br. Rafique to bring notes for those meeting in upcoming meeting, members will compare notes with meeting writeup and put signature on hardcopy.
