Joint Meeting – December 2011 Chaired by: Br. Habeeb Syed Attendees are: Nurul Amin, Moin Asjad, Muhammad Azim, Sr. Rubab Huq, Anwar Hussain, Moudud Rahman, Javid Khatri, Mujibus Khan, Rafique Foflonker, Abul Hashek Molla, Mahiuddin Ahmed, Habeeb Syed, Abu Ashraf. The following topics were discussed and proposals made and adopted by the members present. 1. Last monthy Meeting Minutes/Notes: Approved with modification/clarification. A report from Combined meeting of all elected representatives (BOR, BOR & Standing Committee) will be published onto the website for members. 2a. Masjid Construction: Construction sub-committee will followup with Architect regarding annswering the questions from City and potential contractors. 2b. Masjid Construction: Budget for the construction will stay at previous approved level, any change needs re-approval from forum of elected representatives (Combined Meeting). 3. Roles and Responsibilities of AMDA Board: Discussion will continue on this issue in January meeting. 4. Chairperson for 1st Qtr 2012: From January 2012, Br. Rafique Foflonker will be the Chairperson to preside over the combined meeting of Elected Representatives. Br. Rafique will send the agenda and other formal communication to the Board members about next board meeting. |
