1. Special Land Usage for 44760 Ryan: Filing of the notice of approval of the land use with the Macomb County Registrar of Deeds is a conditions of the ‘Special Approval Land Use’ for the construction of the AMDA Center at 44760 Ryan Road this will be done with the Macomb County Registrar of Deeds within 60 days.
2. Land purchase closing: Current owner to arrange the closing.
3. Recognition for representation at Public hearing: Attorney Lena Masri will be recognized by AMDA for her service during the public hearing for the mosque. Sr. Lena Masri will be contacted to ensure this is in compliance with policies of her employer.
4. Upcoming events – Next fund raising dinner on April 9th and the fund raising dinner in Ramadan on August 13th.
