AMDA Board Meeting May 26, 2017

Minutes

1. There was a special board meeting held about the Ramadan iftar and ticket system
2. The Board did not approve of the ticket system
3. However, the Board did approve that the registration system should stay
4. Registration will allow for a head count, but tickets will not be needed to receive food. We only ask that people register online.
5. The board has decided that there will be no iftar on Saturday June 24, 2017 since it is the day before Eid
6. The board has also approved having boxes set up for the Gleaners Food Bank which is to be handled by Maisha Rahman
