2.       Spot for Grave at White Chapel Cemetery – Br. Moin to talk to Sheikh Munawar
3.       Meeting Minutes for March & April - Approved
4.       Zakat Recepients – Will be informed prior to the distribution that they will receive Tax form – Zakat Committee to execute
5.       Financial Report - Presented by Br. Shafiq Islam
6.       Expense Report - Presented by Br. Moududur Rahman
7.       Tax Return Status – Br. Shafiq Islam will shepherd the reconciliation. Reconciliation to be completed bu June 30.

    2. DEF – July 2, 2016 (Br. Shafiq to inform)

9.       Board Liasion with AMDA Academy – Next meeting
10.   Memorial Fund to establish room on a persons name – Br. Moin to talk  to Sheikh Munawar for Islamic perspective
11.   Ramadan Iftar Event Manager Plan – Several modifications were done.  Each individual will be responsible for the entire event from ordering food to coordinating the volunteers.  They can ask help/guidance from Br. Ferdous for Food Ordering. Updated plan to me emailed by Br. Moin.
12.   Walkin/Round Table item –  Mulch for plant – Contract awarded to J & K Landscape
