Following Agenda items were discussed and decisions were taken by the board:

1. Approval of June meeting minutes - Approved April Meeting minutes
2. Expense Reporting was done by Br. Moudud Rahman
3. Open House
1. Invitation letter content approved. 
2. Invitation letter and phone calls to-
   Sterling hts. City Mayor, police chief, Fire Chief, City Council Members- Br. Iftekhar and Masum. Inform a big event, periodic police patrol appreciated.
   Troy, Shelby and Utica City Mayors- Br. Moin
   Macomb county executive and Sharrif- Br. Kamrul Hasan
   Sen. Gary Peters, Michigan State Congressmen- Br. Zakirul Haque
   Clargymen of churces, synagouge- Imam/Br. Zeeshan
3. Ethnic food will be served
4. Dress -ethnic religious dress appreciated. Volunteers, members wear formal attire
4. Taraweeh Hafiz
1. Two Hafiz was approved.
5. Ramadan Iftar Dinner:
   1. Three days/week (Friday ,Saturday, Sunday).
   2. Sponsorship $350.
   3. Each day one board member will be leader and under him/her sponsors on that day will work.
   4. Require sponsors be in mosque 1 hr before iftar to assist.
   5. Br. Ferdous will provide a guide line for that events in and out 
6. Itekaf during last 10 days of Ramadan
1. Itekaf allowed.
2. Deviation from over night stay policy approved for this year only.
3. Require membership of at least 1 month old that means May 31st is deadline. E-mail should go out soon to point this
7. Masjid Beautification
1. Beautification- Target day May 25th, Sunday school kids and parents will do -Br. Moin,
2. Basket ball hoop- $400 from passing AMDA Sunday school kids will be used- Ferdous bbhai,
3. Post lighing- require city permission, will be discussed in next meeting
8. Permanent Occupancy - Br. Alim contacted to do remaining works, targeting to complete in a month- Br. Moin. Once completed then request city to have permanent permit.
9. Presenting Islam to Fellow Americans. (PITFA) presentation - 13th June proposed, CAIR needs to confirm- Br. Moudud
10. Roundtable
    1. Fund raising request by outside groups in AMDA Masjid - Fridays collected money will not be given out as AMDA has been paying off its own debt.
    2. During Rmadan 4 organizations allowed to do fund raise only after July 3rd (AMDA Fund Raise date).
    3. First come first basis. Right now we got 1. Diversity education, 2. Helping Hand, 3. Darul Uloom and 4. tentatively CAIR MI
    4. E-mails not going out properly - A servide provider is requested, constant contact for $240/year with 30% discount
