June, 2018

• Delivered a khutba on Friday, June 1^st on the topic: “Our Relationship with Allah (SWT).”

• Delivered a khutba on Friday, June 8^th on the topic: “Morals and Manners in Islam.”

• Led the Salat ul Eid and delivered the Eid ul-Fitr khutbah on June 15^th.

• Delivered a khutba on Friday, June 15^th on the topic: “Ramadan - Taking Lessons from it.”

• Attended AMDA’s Annual General Meeting on Sunday, Jun17th.

• Proposed the idea of systematizing the ‘Friday Sandwich Sponsorship’ and the ‘Feeding the Homeless at the Muslim Center of Detroit’ - two perpetual activities at AMDA by placing suitable sign-up charts in the masjid.

• Delivered a khutba on Friday, June 22^nd on the topic: “Fatherhood from the Islamic Perspective.”

• Delivered a short tafsir of few verses of the Qur’an after Salat ul Fajr every day, and after Salat ul Maghrib every Wednesday and Thursday.

• Led the Salat ul Isha during the month of Ramadan in addition to leading the Fajr, Dhuhr and Asr prayers that I lead on all days.
